1. Nature of Services

OHCPL provides healthcare-related services including:

  • Vaccination programs
  • Health screening camps
  • Corporate wellness programs
  • Preventive healthcare services

Since these services involve scheduling of medical professionals, procurement of vaccines, logistics, and event planning, refund eligibility is subject to the conditions below.

2. Cancellation Policy

A. Individual Registrations (Vaccination / Screening)

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.
  • Requests made within 48 hours may not be eligible for refund.
  • No-show cases are generally non-refundable.

B. Corporate / Institutional Bookings

  • Cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled camp date.
  • If cancellation occurs after deployment of medical resources or vaccine procurement, charges may be deducted.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be processed in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Payment charged but service not scheduled
  • Service cancelled by OHCPL
  • Valid medical reason (subject to review)

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Failure to attend scheduled appointment
  • Incomplete or incorrect information provided by user
  • Change of mind after service delivery
  • Vaccine already administered

OHCPL reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateway (Razorpay).

OHCPL is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.

5. Service Rescheduling

Instead of refund, users may request:

  • Rescheduling of appointment (subject to availability)
  • Adjustment against future health camps (within validity period)

6. Cancellation by OHCPL

OHCPL reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:

  • Medical or regulatory reasons
  • Insufficient registrations
  • Force majeure events
  • Government restrictions

In such cases, users may choose:

  • Full refund
    OR
  • Rescheduling at no additional cost
